Pizza Noodles

Pizza and noodles are two dishes loved by all! This is a peppy noodle preparation easily made with ready made pizza sauce, cheeses, seasoning and chopped vegetables. Noodles and sauces flavoured with herbs, is a delectable creation that makes you smack your lips with joy after every mouthful. This is a two-in-one recipe, with the taste of pizza and delicious noodles to accompany it. 

Noodles are rich in carbohydrates and are a good source of energy. The added vegetables help in enhancing the fibre and vitamin content of the dish.

3 cups boiled hakka noodles
2 tbsp cheese spread
3 tbsp pizza sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup boiled sweet corn kernels
1 tbsp chopped olives
1 tbsp chopped jalapenos
salt to taste
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes
1 tsp dried oregano seasoning
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper 


  • Heat the oil in a nonstick pan and saute all the vegetables for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Add the noodles, pizza sauce, cheese spread, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, olives, jalapenos and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
