This dish is made using Nylon Sabudana/ Nylon Sago, a variation of normal Sabudana (Sago). It is extremely delicious and can be eaten as a snack. Kids will particularly enjoy this dish. Adding spices to the Nylon Sabudana/ Nylon Sago enhances the flavour to a great extent! In India, This is a famous fasting dish. 1 cup nylon sago (sabudana)
2 tsp peanuts
salt to taste
1/4 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
ghee for deep frying
- Roast the nylon sabudana (sago) and keep aside.
- Heat the deep pan and put the ghee.When it becomes hot deep fry the sabudana little by little at a time.
- After you finish frying all the sago add all the remaining ingredients.
- Serve or keep it in the air tight container. Enjoy!
