This recipe is very quick and easy to make! It can be eaten as a snack or for breakfast. It is extremely delicious. The combination of the spices and flattened rice with onions, lemon, cabbage and coriander make this snack perfect!
3 cups beaten/flattened thin rice (poha)
salt to taste
1 tsp coriander seeds powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
a pinch turmeric powder
2 tsp crushed peanuts
2 tsp malgapodi or roasted chana dal powder
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped cabbage
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1/4 cup chopped onions
oil as required
- Combine the all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Serve immediately.
