1 cup carrot cubes
2 green chillies
1 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tsp roasted coriander and cumin powder
2 tsp mint leaves
1 tsp lemon juice
pinch of turmeric
salt to taste
1. Coarsely grind the above ingredients expect lemon juice.
2. Put the mixture in a bowl and add some lemon juice.
3. Serve as a side dish/salad/accompaniment.
