Purple Cabbage & Moth Beans Salad

This salad is a colorful and wonderful one that is a feast to the eyes! It is extremely healthy and can be eaten at all times of the day since it is filling as well! This recipe is filled with various flavours and textures that makes it a very delicious dish! The purple cabbage, moth beans, grapes, lettuce, tomato and cucumber and the delicious dressing make a perfect salad.

Ingredients
For the salad
1/2 bowl finely chopped purple cabbage
1/2 cup finely chopped lettuce
1/2 cup sprouted moth beans
1/4 cup finely chopped tomato
1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
6-10 sliced grapes
For the dressing
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp black salt
1/2 tsp honey
salt to taste

Method
1. Add all the salad ingredients in a bowl.
2. Then, add the dressing.
3. Mix well. Enjoy!
