Ingredients
1 cup semolina/suji
1 cup pineapple pulp
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp clarified butter
water as required (according to the consistency)
Method
1. Take a deep non-stick pan.
2. Put ghee in it.
3. Then add the semolina/suji.
4. Roast till golden brown in colour.
5. Add water, pineapple pulp, sugar and cardamom powder.
6. Mix well.
7. Cook for 5-10 minutes or till desired consistency.
8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
